My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that I am able to work effectively under pressure and focus on the task in hand. I am proficient working in a team, but also work well independently. In a previous role, I was responsible for providing administrative support to Safeguarding Team reporting directly to the Safeguarding manager. To succeed in this role, I had to be exceptionally organised and demonstrate strong communication skills.

I have experience in Communication Skills dealing with and interacting with employers, staff, and clients, either in person or on the phone.
I possess Technological Skills operating a variety of tools – ranging from Microsoft Office to Scheduling Programme, and often maintain, office equipment such as faxes, scanners, and printers.
I am GDPR Knowledgeable ready for April 2018 and have a good understanding of workplace equality & Diversity.
For your organisation I can, though not limited to:
·         Update Personnel files to meet and exceed auditor’s standards and expectations
·         Ensure that consistent recordkeeping, systems related to the recruitment of suitable staff are in place
·         Redesign a safe systems of work policy to be followed by staff and management
